Entering into the spacious Living Room of the bed and breakfast
you immediately notice the Eastern influences in such commanding
collectables as an ivory inlaid coffee table and carved sculptures
of elephants. The huge Aubusson styled rug warms the fresh wooden
flooring and the grand piano makes an impression. If you feel like
playing a tune during your stay you are certainly welcome to do
so.
Your host Josephine's greeting is always friendly and cheery as
she welcomes you into her Shangarry B&B.
Josephine's collection of original paintings and limited edition
prints expands on interests that range from Canadian artists like
the Group of Seven and popular Albertan Canmore artist Marilyn
Kinsella, to Irish and European artists. These many interesting
items are in joyful competition with the beautiful expanse of
windows.
